You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID, your date of birth, your registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. weekph2 is not liable for any losses or issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your weekph2 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. weekph2 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify weekph2 support immediately at [email protected]. weekph2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and Philippine financial regulations, weekph2 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. KYC verification may require you to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by weekph2 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
weekph2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. weekph2 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to the registered weekph2 account holder.
The minimum deposit amount on weekph2 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the weekph2 cashier section at the time of transaction. weekph2 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified weekph2 accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. weekph2 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
weekph2 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that differ from those used for deposits, except where a player has completed enhanced KYC verification and the alternative payment method has been approved by weekph2 compliance. weekph2 may delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Currency Note: All transactions on the weekph2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). weekph2 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
weekph2 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. Bonus funds credited to your weekph2 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated clearly in the promotion details. weekph2 does not impose wagering requirements on players' own deposited funds — only on bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds.
weekph2 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of weekph2.
All weekph2 bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. weekph2 is not obligated to notify players of impending bonus expiry, though we may do so as a courtesy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, weekph2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the weekph2 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond weekph2's reasonable control; interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; or losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
weekph2's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The weekph2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. weekph2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. weekph2 does not guarantee that the Platform will be compatible with all devices or Philippine network providers at all times.
weekph2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. weekph2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where weekph2 reasonably believes that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; the player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; or closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, weekph2 may forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, at the player's own request), weekph2 will process any verified balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
weekph2 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe that weekph2 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
weekph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, weekph2 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the weekph2 Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the weekph2 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
